Worship

It is the worship team's desire to make praise and worship at City Church a Christ centered activity. It is not about us, it is all about Him. We do not worship because of how spiritual we think we are or because we need Godʼs approval.

We worship God because HE IS WORTHY.  Thatʼs it.

We want to take time out and tell Him how great He is. Sometimes it comes out in loud shouts and clapping and other times it comes out in silent respect for His presence and kneeling with out faces to the ground.

Although we strive for excellence in our playing, singing, and sound, our true goal is honoring God for who He is and thanking Him for His abundant mercy, grace, provision and friendship.

Let Him increase and us decrease!
